Abstract

This work shows the effectiveness of a program based on performance evaluation of job skills and success in job interview through Flipped Learning methodology during an induction course of Labor Market. The program was adapted for four sessions including experiential dynamics, assessment centers, evaluation of teams and personal interview. The results of program implementation are relevant, 94% of students in the experimental group passed job interview on the two first tries; while in the control group, only 68% approved it. This research analyses a program to evaluate the performance of last semester students. It also presents tools to measure job skills (effective communication, teamwork and initiative); as well as a schedule of classroom sessions based on Flipped Learning methodology.
