Abstract

This work presents a context of Argentine agro-industrial production and the role of technological innovation for small and medium industries. The theoretical framework is established based on innovation and technological innovation; this allowed to build a product analysis model on a second phase. The proposed model, structured in the disciplinary approaches of marketing, engineering, industrial design, and environmental impact, allowed comparing two cases of selected products from the same segment of the Argentinean market, obtaining results related to their innovation characteristics.
